Flannel Fleece Fabric is one of our main products to exported. It is double side with stripe jacquard style. And it is made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 280-300GSM and a width of 160cm. It is available in various knitting styles, such as solid, print, burn out, jacquard, embossed, cut and glow in the dark. It is certified by OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, GRS and SGS, and is highly suitable for making sleepwears, bathorobe, home textiles and blankets.

Sunycle's flannel fleece fabric, SG-FLR101, is made in Changshu, China and is certified by OEKO-TEX standard 100, GRS, and SGS. It is double side jacquard flannel fleece, and its minimum order is 2000 M. The price is negotiable and the packing is either roll packing or customized. The delivery time is 15-20 days for solid, 25-30 days for printed. The payment terms are T/T and L/C, and its supply ability is 300000 kilograms per month. The width of the fabric is 160cm, and it is available in various colors. The material is polyester with a weight of 280-300GSM.
In terms of quality control, we have set up very strict quality following up from the yarn, greige to the finished products, before shipment our inspection team will carry on 100% inspection, and we do the test according to different buyer's standard.

(2) Q: How to get a sample?
A: Except delivery charge, within 3 meters’ sample are free if we have stock samples. Over 3 meters, the charge is according to fabric type.

A: 500kg per color for solid color and 1000kg per design for printed fabric. It also depends on the type of fabric.

A: The exact delivery date need to according to your style and quantity. Normally it will take 15-20 working days after receive the 30% deposit payment.
(6) Q: How to make an order?
A: 1) Sample approval.
2) Client makes 30% deposit or open LC after receiving our PI.
3) Client approves our PP sample, and gets the testing report if any necessary.
4) Mass product.
5) Arrange shipment.
6) Supplier arranges necessary documents and sends copy of these documents.
7) Client effect balance payment.
8) Supplier sends original documents or telex release the goods.
9) Quality warranty for 60days after shipment.
